how to change navigation to horizontal?

I accidentally changed it to vertical, and I don't know how to change it back. Please help!

    Click on manage site, and then on the tool bar menu, click on "page layout". From there you will see your menu is in the side global area and going vertically. Drag it into the "top" global area, and then it will instead be going horizontally like you want.
