Text Editor and Shout Box with IE

I have a member who emailed me stating that the shout box and text editors arent working. He uses Internet Explorer (Edge). I checked it out for myself and I saw you dont get a place to write. Its just an empty box with a reply tab on the bottom..but you cant write. It works fine in chrome and firefox, but IE..nothing!

Is there anything I should tell him to do (other then change his browser)?

    I am posting this reply using the Edge browser, so I'll assume this issue is either fixed, or a problem on an individual user basis.

    Yes, this can be done by clicking on manage site>settings>manage settings>member questions.

    Hi Randy, thanks for replying. I dont understand what the member questions for their profile have anything to do with the editor..Maybe i didnt explain correctly. If you are on the site, and a member is trying to answer a discussion with thte text editor using IE, when clicked to write, the editor shows up as an empty square. The cursor is not there and there is no where to write anything..it's impossible to write anything, theres no option to write anything.

    Lol, sorry about that. My second reply was for a different topic that I was responding to. I'm not sure how I wound up posting it here. The post prior to that I made, I mentioned that I was able to post using the Edge browser, and actually made my reply to you using it. It was a little quirky though. I could see the cursor, but it kept hopping around at random. I would definitely click on the Support Request link on this site and submit a ticket.
