Spruz please fix this slow server

I have high-speed internet, 35mbps and my site is so slow, it feel like those old dial up connection 33,600-baud fax/modem speed.

To post 1 topic article in the discussion is annoying.

I am sick and tired of reporting these messages; your comments have been received.

108.174.56.92, if they give anyone this I.P tell them to give another one, it is a turtle I.P speed.

This is reminding me of the frustration like Socialgo.

    I agree so slow i about fell a sleep waiting for things to load took 9 minutes to even load the simplest thing

    Why aren't we getting any reply from Spruz on this topic?

    Perhaps there is some organisation we can complain to as we are not getting the service we pay for,

    No notification, no messages from Admin, now just whats going on?

    Get used to it if you use Spruz. One problem is that the pages load items from third-party servers, and they can hang or be slow due to no fault of Spruz.

    Thanks Sarah.

    People will not get used to site lag or server slowness, members will get fed-up and leave and site owners will follow.

    Spuz has many good features, however the slowness is major problem.

    It is like having a sport car with all the fancy gadgets, but the car can only reach a max speed of 20 mph on the highway.

    Something must be done.

    I used this site to test my page speed.

    Page Speed Grade 82% B.
    Yslow 75% C.

    I remove all css, scripts, preview boxes etc and did a retest.

    Page Speed Grade: 84% B
    Yslow 78% C

    Not much difference.

    At the beginning when I sign with Spruz I did not notice the slowness, but now what changes they made has slow down the server.

    The old forum that Spruz provided to its customers was better with polls, moderator control + other features. The old forum was replace by the new discussion, and it is now slow to post articles. I notice even the web speller checker was slowing the page, disabling or not.

    I can understand Spruz is flooded with Spam advertising, but so are other social networking sites. I was at two other social sites and the Spam was horrible, but their sites were not slow.

    I wish Spruz would find out what is causing this slowness to fix it.
