Thanks for the response, Randy, and sorry for the delay in reply, but Spruz now has us blocked nine ways from Sunday, and it will be impossible for the blocked account to file a support request.
As far as posting code, I think the obvious work around is to just use an image and post that instead of inserting the offending code.
I've been on this owners' forum for some years now. I've been present for all the rants and problems we've been through. I've even seen law suits generated by Spruz management's ham-handed tactics. I really wish that they would consider the effect their actions have on the customer before they pull some of the things they do.
If we still had premium accounts with Spruz and they blocked us so we couldn't file a support request, would they still be drawing fees from our accounts? Probably so. The Ardent Group had four premium accounts with Spruz, but none now. And this was all because of some crazy stunt that Spruz management has pulled. I'm more patient than some of our leaders, and that's why we still have any at all.
I was considering restoring some of the premium accounts, but every time I do, Spruz guys do something like this crazy block. Being blocked prevents any payments from being paid anyway, so I think Spruz has made the decision for us.
