  Yes, I have noticed a periodic lack of response in getting some pages up.  Customer service is not the sharpest I've seen. You can pay your service on a month to month basis. Just install a donation box on a back page if you don't want it public, and apply payments as you go.

  Seeing my fingernails grow during the wait.

  I thought by Spruz removing the free sites would improve the speed.

  I try different operating systems, and computers, but my site is so slow, other internet sites are fast.

  Spruz please do something about this server problem.

  My website is just getting slower and slower im up to like 45sec load times per page takes me very very long time to do work on the site.

  All i can say about customer service is some times it does take a day or 2 to get back with me in ref to a support ticket and other times they are right away as it depends on how many support tickets they have to help other members from spruz. As far as lagging slowness some times i see this and most of the time i have to go to firefox to do things as explore wont allow it no more. I thought since spruz got rid of the free site also that it would be much faster but guess not All i can say is decent things of spruz as i don't know any other place and do not like Ning.

  I NEED TO ADD THIS ALSO TO ANY MEMBER OF SPRUZ IF YOU NEED HELP DESIGNING YOUR SITE  LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THE MAN HIM SELF SQUIRREL AND ALSO IF NEED ANY HELP ON YOUR SITE ALSO LOOK NO FURTHER THAN SARAH FAN NOTHING BUT GOOD POSITIVE GREAT PEOPLE THEY ARE... NOT TO LEAVE OUT RANDY AND DAVID

  This is not Spam that slowing down my site, because I mention I am helping another person with his n**g site, and every day they are flooded with Spam. The thing is I have no problem there with slow page load or waiting. My site is a private site for now with 2 other people, there is no members. I am hesitate to advertise adding members because of my experience with Soc***go and members complaining. This slowness with Spruz makes me not want to bother.

  and here I thought it was just me... Having some load issues on heavy pages.... flash time outs and coding issues for members going to 2nd page of their profile video list. Coding issues are with support and a "tech is looking in to it".

  The site lag is over 30 seconds tonight. Why oh why wont Spruz tell us the reasons for this?

  Even my members are suggesting moving to a different platform.

  Is an explanation too much to ask?

  Spruz is a good site, but the main issue is the server is slow, before it was fast.

  I hope they fix it, because a slow server will be a major problem for attracting new customers & for us waiting too long just to log-on or just post a topic at our site.
