Photo albums blank cover?

Is the Photo Albums suppose to have a blank cover or is there a way to add a picture?

    Once an image has been uploaded to the collection, it becomes the cover photo. After the first photo is uploaded, the cover of the collection will update to the latest image added to it, and change consequently each time it happens.

    I try uploading multiple pictures and a single one.

     

    Profile Photo - albums - it shows.

    Photo Collections - it shows blank.

    I am not sure what is going on with that then. Just to be sure, are you adding the photos to both places? Or, are you possibly uploading them to just the profile and thinking that they will also appear in the Site's photo collections? You have to upload them to both to be clear. They are separate from each other. 

    If you are uploading to both, and it's still not working properly, I'd put in a support ticket to see if something could possibly be wrong.
