New skins / templates

I had a general idea to help spruz with it's themes/library as a suggestion.

There is a similar site like spruz called darkbb.com which uses a site called http://hitskins.com to allow members to use the templates for portals and forums. Like Spruz, darkbb.com comes with pre-installed modules and things. Maybe Spruz partners can work with Hitskins.com to get some templates uploaded here. Allot of game templates and guild skins, fansites like twilight and vampire diaries, plus others exist there.

    When you go to http://www.darkbb.com/ , the links there redirect you to http://www.forumotion.com/ , which displays some interesting skins.  One example is http://en.hitskin.com/search-a-skin/green-simplicity-149489.htm .  The web is filled with blogging/forum sites like this, but they don't apply well to Spruz social sites which have many more features as full social sites.

    I'm not sure what advantage we would obtain by any arrangement with them, since we are free to redesign our sites using thousands of free features available on the web now.  If you browse the many Spruz sites on line, you see quite a bit of creative imagination used by the site owners to design their appearance.

    How do you feel we should use the HitSkins templates on our Spruz sites?

    Yes hitskins does go to forummotion.com which help people get a guild/forum board for their clan or site.

    Since Spruz is also a guild/gamer platform I figured maybe hitskins would help spruz sell more websites to people who like those kinds of skins.

    I understand spruz has more modules and things, but since some people use spruz as forum and portals too, I figured it was a LIKE site and maybe you guys could work out something with hitskins.com to use their layouts/themes or whatever.

    Is it a bad suggestion?
