I have a memeber who wrote me saying "I registered but won't be able to participate due to the fact of phones aren't supported. " THIS is an example of what I DONT want people telling me about my site! What can I do to make the site mobile friendly?

    It really all depends on the "exact" details of why they made the report. There could be a feature on your site that doesn't work with their device, or perhaps they find the layout not mobile friendly. Try and get some "exacts", and then fill me in.

    I found that we had an easier time using the website via phone when the Mobile Optimizing was shut off. Can't remember where I found it, but forwhatever reason, our site doesnt work well with the mobile version. Regular desktop works fine.
