Import Not Working

Here's what I get when I try to import using the Ning tool.  wtf.  Yes, I tried it more than once.  Any suggestions?

    I can't see the image you posted here for whatever reason, but I don't know that it would have helped me much anyways as I've never actually needed to use this particular tool. If you are experiencing some sort of error with a feature of your site though, you'd definitely want to enter this information into a support ticket so that a tech can take a look at what may be going on.

    Already have......unfortunately.  They say they've had no complaints although there have been no posts (except for spam) in years.  The developer pointed me right back at the tool.  It's a bad joke.

    I received an error message when importing.  Nothing came through.

    I wish I could help more, but this one is out of my knowledge range. Perhaps someone who has experience with the tool will see this and help out.
