IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE FROM SPRUZ? HELP PLEASE!!

Hi,

 I am the COO of MyFitFamilyUSA Inc. I NEED IMMEDIATE assistance resolving a major issue we have been having with transferring the domain myfitfamilyusa.com for the last 8 weeks (2 months) with no proper  assistance from Spruz to do so.

 MyFitFamilyUSA administrators and web designer have all contacted you through the site ticket request. I even had register.com provide us with the business number they had on file which is a non working number (865-566-0241). I even sent this same note to 3 different corporate departments. In short, we are unable to get a response, help, or communicate with anyone from your company. Register.com is fully aware of these issues and asked that we keep them in the loop with the updates of the transfer. I owned 3 business websites and 4 hosting companies in over 10 years and never seen anything like this.

 I humbly request:


1. Prior to transfer we will need to update name servers (Will not disclose in public forum but I sent the name server codes in various communication attempts) Please check facebok or corporate emails and tickets from the site.

2. Unlock domain.

3. Provide us with the EPP AUTHORIZATION key from your current registration.

Again, these tasks are only  done through your company and no one else. Please avoid redirecting me anywhere else to resolve this issue.  We will need the EPP Authorization key sent to emails: myfitfamilyusa@gmail.com   immediately.

Thanks for your consideration and support in advance for this time sensitive situation. We appreciate doing business with Spruz for the last 2 years!
