I like the theme and concept of the site overall. There are few things I'd probably change up, were it me. The disclaimer text in red on the homepage, I only read the first word, and just gave up on it. It's pretty difficult to read, so maybe changing it to white, or that bright green that all the other text is in would help some. Possibly make it bold instead.
On the forums page, you have some rules and regulations that are listed, and there are quite a few of them. There is nothing wrong with that, but putting things into paragraphs would help it's ease of reading. There are no separations of paragraphs at all and so it's all kind of flowing together and clustered up. Spacing things apart also would make it look better in my opinion. Again, that's just me.
It looks like you may have some elements that are pushing the confines of each column a little wide. The elements on the right are sticking out a bit past your background as a result.
Overall, it's a good looking site.
