Just wondering if any of this was resolved for you. I know that for email broadcasts I have to click on Send Newsletter, and then Sign up for Email Newsletter Account - even though I have already done so there is no auto log in to Vertical Response...however when I click on the Sign Up for Email Newsletter Account I am able to from there log into Vertical Response and easily create a newsletter to send to my mail list. I'm kind of new here tho so perhaps it used to be done differently?
Also, I checked out your HIM site and the frontal page loaded instantly - looks quite good actually :) I like HIM.
