Domain Shows Expired, Site Is Gone!

Is anyone elses site gone?  I paid my domain on the 4th, today this is what I get when trying to go to my site.  Support has not answered my ticket, nor my call, this is important to me, this is telling my members we no longer exist!

    It's been six hours since I put in my ticket, no response.  Pathetic.

    Our Car Club site has been gone for several days.Know contact from support in 3 days

    It may be that they were forced to lay so many people off that they can no longer effectively handle the support function.

    They are not responding to my ticket as well. I asked them for the credit card they used to renew and now cannot find thier answer

    go to your email account and see what they are up to, I actually got a response the other day but not since.

    I had to rteply to the ACCOUNT EMAIL that I registered with
