Captcha Problems

Has anyone had any problems with the captcha, i have received a message from a potential banner exchange client and they couldn't log in to check the banners were placed, reason being was the captcha code was incorrect every time they tried. 

Do we need to display the captcha code or can we disable this feature?

    I don't see an option to turn the captcha off, though I think there used to be the option. They are likely having the same trouble that many have. It's more common to see captchas where you enter all of the text with no spaces, and with the one used on our sites, you have to put a space in between the text on the left and the text on the right.
