spammers in the help forum???? seriously?

in my SERIOUS WEBSITE question I received a SPAM reply.(NOTHING from other members)  Is this a regular thing? If so I will STOP looking to other web designers and just shoot a support ticket straight through...

spamming is absolutely unacceptable for me. MY site is WELL moderated!!

    The annoyance of Spam is everywhere on the net, on the Ning site the spammer are mostly American, here on Spruz it is mostly Chinese. It is a daily chore of removing them.

    You can add them to your ban list, increase your good members, forum, blog, etc to a higher level, so when anyone signup they will not get to post until you increase their level.
