If you go to Paypal's website and log into your account, you'll find a place to cancel any subscription style payments you have set up. That would definitely stop the billing.
Steps:
1. Log into Paypal's site under the account in question.
2. Click on the link that says "My profile".
3. Click the link on the left side that says "My Money".
4. At the bottom, you'll see where it says "My pre-approved payments". On the left side of that is a link that says update. Click it, and you'll see a list of all the subscription style payments you have set up. They will say things like active, inactive, cancelled, etc.. Click on the active one for spruz, and cancel it.
