I've heard that a mobile compatible version of Spruz sites is in the works, though I don't have any info on when a release of the update would be. Websites can be made mobile friendly in numerous ways, but Html5 doesn't have a lot to do with it really. Either a website needs to be made responsive by using Css and their respective media queries, or optionally a server side script can be used to detect the device using the site and then a completely different version of your website is served that is built specifically for mobile devices alone.
