One easy solution to this would be to instead create a page, and name it "contact us" or "support" or whatever you like, and then on that page, you'll click on manage site, add element, and then in the "standalone" elements, you'll find the "email form". Add that element to the page, and set it up how you like. You'll add your email address to it so you receive all of your messages the same as you do now, but people will never visibly see your email address at all.
That's what I do.
