Video Background for login screen

Hi I think I generally know how to do this just not keep it on the login screen, but thiis is what I want to achieve except with a different video:

    I'm having a very similar issue. In my case, I have a splash screen that is essentially just a video that plays in the background. When I go to load the splash screen, it creates a black rectangle on top of the video.
