Upload wont work!

I paid for premium, I'm doing a Project for college and now i can't fix my website, because non of the uploads wont work. I can't change the header because the upload is all glitched out. please how to undo, spruz, is taking their sweet time to help with my issue.

    Manage site.
    Settings.
    Manage settings.
    Advanced Options.

    Bottom of page.

    Note: Owner of the site must be log on, I do not think this will be shown for Moderators.

    CAUTION: The options below will delete most or all existing content, pages and customizations you have made to your site.

    Launch Content Reset Wizard.

    Did you try with a different browser? See if it works.

    Also, save your current theme.

    On the left side panel here look for  “Theme”, choose one to preview, which you do not have to pay.

    Try applying it.
