Title and Welcome/Sign up bar issues

Hello,

My title and subtitle has disappeared, and when i try to reposition the welcome/signup bar it doesn't allow me to. When i click on the tool it disappears. When i un-click, it goes back to where it was. How can i fix these issues?

    My first guess without seeing the site itself is going to be that you've probably opted to use the Headers custom scripting area, and thus wound up removing the content of the original header unknowingly as a result, and created some possible layout issues regarding the welcome/signup bar. I've seen that a time a two, so that's my first guess.
