Just found out about the Subscription Referral Program....but I need a detailed explaination as to how is all works. Once I set it up via the management bar, how do I get reports on who has referred who and how much I owe. How does the payment thing work...because I see that once someone signs up on the referral program, there is a running total on their referral page. Does anyone have full details?
