  If you click on manage site, settings, manage settings, you'll see on the left where it says "member questions". That's where you edit questions that people are asked at sign up. On that same page/path, if you click on "login and registrations", you'll see  where you can disable the captcha.

  After I go through all the work to customize our questions, I save it then when the screen loads after being saved It asks me to log back in. When I do, my profile shows the non edited version I just changed. Please help. This is for a non profit that builds eco villages to house homeless veterans and low income families while researching sustainable community development. wanderersend@mail.com

  I can't really be sure what is going on without actually going through the motions myself, but I will point out one possibility. I recall that when you edit your site, there are "some" things that don't take effect immediately, and could take up to an hour or so to show up. To remedy this, you can click on manage site, settings, manage settings, advanced options, and then disable the cache for one hour. From what I can tell, it sounds like the probable culprit.
