    Yes, but watch out, because YouTube is leaving the "http:" out of the URL -- You'll have to put it in your self.

            it is against the law the charge to view content from the copyright holders website. You can get in trouble for copyright infringement  and violating other federal laws. Your asking for a deep pile of doo doo if you do this. You may also lose your website itself.

              Once a site like CBS, CNN etc, has an embed code for live streaming, you can embed it on your site.

                that is true for a non-commercial website.  When you charge for use of website  ( as junior plans on doing ) it is a different ball game.
