I renewed my domain through spruz last month for another year today I tried to go to my website and it redirected me to site to purchase the domain. I filled out a support ticket but it hasn't been addressed yet and it needs to be immediately I'm losing site traffic not to mention that my domain name is prolly available for sale right now
Yes -- watch them on this.. They failed to renew our domain, and actually sold it to someone else. To protect yourself, you should register your own domain with ownership confirmed, then transfer to your Spruz site.
