  Surely it does not matter where I am trying to use it?  If it does not work when you go to the page, it is not going to work if you put that page url into any rss feed tool?

  I have a number of tools I use - rssinclude is the one I was thinking of using but also I want to feed it into my mobile app using go mobi

  The reason I ask where you are trying to use it, is sometimes sites have different requirements, while other sites have programmers that simply don't know what they are doing yet. To be thorough, I asked where. When I use that feed url on myYahoo for example, it works just fine, so where you are using it is "everything" it would seem.
