As we are the best location online to poe buy items, we also like to keep a close eye on what is happening in the world of Path of Exile. Content Update 3.2.0 and the Bestiary Challenge league are only a few days away. Today, We share with you about Restoring the Three-second Capture Window with Nets and Being able to Capture Dead Beasts opinions.

1) I honestly doubt most players will enjoy the dead monster change. I for one would not. Capturing right now is tricky and volatile , but adventurous. It actually is very fun, when your plan works out and it feels punishing in a good way of you net the monster too early and it breaks free, because you lack dps. Change number 1 will already help a lot.

However: the "dead man's net" could be very expensive and drop only: to not punish builds that destroy 2x offscreen if something too desirable spawns. However, way to expensive to do all your captures this way.

As it stands we do have builds that are better or worse at different things. Some are amazing at boss killing, some run labs, some rerun strands non stop. Others focus ob running breaches and prophecies ( leagues )

Why shouldn't we have some that can focus on beasthunting.

PS: something that feels somewhat missing is the fact there's no completion bonus - such as the 1% bonus in the atlas. Maybe the stun duration can be scaled this way + player's cab get a small chance to not sacrifice a beast upon performing a ritual.

PS2: changing the stun to a strong debuf ( enfeeble+ temp chains) might work well and the monster enrage can differ depending on how badly the player miscalculated.

2) Just a random thought, instead of worrying about corpse exploding, and adding additional inventory/net management. Would it be possible to give legendaries an invulnerability at 0% for 5-10 seconds, like they are "stunned". Where you have an opportunity to throw a net and capture?

Or perhaps the net as a slow based on health remaining, and at low health it goes into the full capture attempt mode? So basically you can throw at 100% but it doesn't stun, and as you weaken the monster it slows before eventually stopping and going through the normal capturing animation, with success/failure rate based on the level of the net.

I know you and the team will figure out a way to make it work. Aside from a few minor things me and all my friends are really enjoying the new content. Keep up the great work (and don't forget to get some sleep!)
