Good morning

How come some of my news letters I receive in my email and some members dont get them as well is there a setting I am suppose to set for all email acocunts I am usinhg aol and I get thems ome times but didnt get the last two

    OH I do not know how to do that usually I just Create New Letter then some times I get them some times I don;t I'll check that out thanks a heap
