I can't really speculate on what the issue with the unavailability of the site may be, but I can shed some light on why you aren't finding your site for the search terms you've used. The main culprit is Time. Your site will likely take several days or possibly weeks before it will even be listed by search engines for it's basic name and title, and the keywords you use is a whole different story. Depending on the keywords being used, you will have a lot of competition to contend with. Being listed for your keywords can take quite some time in some cases, and then the results of your listing will vary based on competitor websites with the same keywords. The more popular sites will have higher page rank than your site initially, so they will be listed on the first few pages of a search result, while a newer site could be listed on page 10,000 if the keyword is popular enough.
I would suggest reading an article or few on SEO. That will help you gain a good understanding of what is going on, and what is needed to achieve realistic goals.
