My HTML page and RICH TEXT EDITOR

I have Rich text Editor on my website (www.myhopeconnect.com),but i dont know what  to write there,the page is empty

How can i get the Rich Text Editor code in order for google adsense to approved my site for Ad.

My HTML page is empty on my website,how can i get  the code .

I have make my website homepage 0 access level

    seems like you set up the page to be an HTML page instead of an elements page whereby you can add rich text editor and modules.  I would recreate the page from scratch setting it up as ELEMENTS page.
