Take digital pictures of your route. If you like photography, take your camera with you and take pictures of surrounding you find inspiring. There you have it. Go out there and get a pedometer. I may take back one thing I mentioned in the headline of this article. This may not be the easiest way to loseweight however it's very SIMPLE.So, have you taken that step? Built up the motivation? Do you want to start losing weight, and do you plan to buy products for that? Well you and I both know how many products are out there. A LOT. And how do you know which one works and which one doesn't? Which ones gives you good value for your money?

Well, I think that with some rational thinking you can get a clear overview over what is true and whats not.First of all, the claims they make. Never believe something that sounds too extraordinary. My mom used to always say "if it's too good to be true, then it usually is". Now that should be a general rule with those products. Since there are so many out there, they need to do something special to get noticed. And its always the bad ones that start lying. Now I am not saying that if they claim something, that means they're bad, no, I'm saying if they claim something that's too good to be true, then it's bad.

Secondly do a bit of research. Try finding sites that compare multiple products and tell you whats good and bad about them. Its when someone explains the differences between products that you can understand which one suits you and what is good value for your money. The individual product sites usually won't help you much since they only promote their own product and tell you how great it is and why you should definitely buy it.Do you browse through the internet every day and hope to find this magic tip that will make you drop 20 pounds? Yes? Well I have done it too, but I'm pretty sure this does not exist. I have bought and bought useless stuff until I figured out a few basic things I needed to do to lose weight.

It is very important to constantly be drinking water. Why? Well, I think, or at least to me, the most important reason is that it kills your appetite. You know the cravings you have between lunch and dinner? The cravings right before you can go home from work? I had those cravings, and I only wanted chocolate then. Well by drinking water, you reduce these cravings and you'll see the effects in a very short time. I stopped eating 20 chocolate bars a week. And it saves you quite some money too.Now OK, you probably knew this. By doing sports you lose weight and gain muscle DUH. But I am not talking of going to the gym, because thats way to much trouble. I'm talking about some simple things you can do. Take the stairs 3 times a week instead of the elevator. Every now and then walk around the office, and if you're drinking a lot of water, walk to the furthest bathroom every time. If you are really up for it, plan 1 day in the week where you walk to work. (I never did this seeing my work was 45 mins away by car)
