Members can't create blogs?

I feel this, as well as many of my stumbling blocks (Just set up the site last night) should be answerable in some sort of 'absolute beginner's how-to' but I haven't found it yet.   So apologies. 

Only I can write blogs on the site, the members don't have a write or add blogs tool.  Is there a setting somewhere that will change that?

And if there is a basic overview of simple set-up issues, I'd be happy to read it if you point me in the direction.

    On the majority of "feature based pages", such as the blog, discussions, social store, and etc.., there is an icon in the upper right corner of the main element on that page. After clicking on that icon, you will see a list of set up options for that particular page's features. Scroll through them, and you'll see that allowing members to post blogs will be one of the options, as well as quite a few others, like setting blog submissions to require approval before appearing on the site. Try this same technique for all the rest of your pages that are feature pages too see what they all offer in the way of options.
