Links page default image

Is there a way to replace or remove the default image (of a broken chain link) on a Links page?  It takes up a lot if space.  Its probably obvious, but I just cant work it out.

    This is a custom modifier, and it's what I always use on my links page when I use one. 

    .thumbnail-holder{
    display: none !important;
    }

    It's a custom modifier/aka: CSS

    It does however hide all of the thumbnails which is not what you are asking for, but it's what works in the end because you never know which post will show the broken chain link next..
