My spruz site is a private site, I set it up so that myself and two of my international friends can keep in touch with chats and photos. We are debating whether to upgrade to a paid site, but only if some issues are resolved. The Spruz support team are a bit vague on my questions, but seem to think that the lighter load will solve my issues.
So, will paying for our site fix these problems. -
Email alerts can take up to 5 hours to be delivered after a comment is made.
One member gets no email alerts from another....at all. We checked the settings and they are all correct.
Two of our members, using the Chrome web browser, sometimes have trouble typing in the comment box. The cursor jumps backwards making it a slow and frustrating process to make a comment. It doesn't happen all the time though.
I would most appreciate any input and thoughts.
$50 split three ways is not much , but I don't want to pay for frustration, when I already have it for free!
