How do you get in touch with these people?

Just like skysa, if you try and send email or contact support you get an error. Please don't tell me I just made a huge mistake signing up with these people.

    Well, yes and no. If you are able, you should file a support request. The link is in the left side bar. They usually reply in a reasonable time.
