  Click on manage site, then go to your blog page. Hover over the blog area, and you'll see a green edit icon in the upper right corner. Click it, and check out your settings for the blog. There will be a place that mentions who is allowed to post. Make sure you have that set to level 1, because that is the level of your members. If it's not set to one, then they will not see the "Add Entry" link.

  This problem was resolved via a trouble ticket.  Support did a teak on their end and it works perfect now.  8o)
