How do I add questions to member registration?

At the top of your site click the Manage link. This will turn on manage mode giving you a site manage bar at the top of your site.

On the site manage bar go to Settings > Manage Settings.

On the left click on Member Questions
-
You can now add and edit your member questions.
-
Save Changes at the bottom of the window.
