Home page different prior to login

I would like the Home Page to look basic, only explaining the website purpose, and as soon as the person logs in they are directed to a different page with all the features.  I just opened this account but the method to do this did not appear obvious to me.  I also checked the KB.  Could you direct me please?

    You can switch which page members view once logged in by clicking on manage site>Login and Registration. There you will see a box that says "Default Member Home/Start page. The page you set there will be for your members, while your other page will remain for those that are not logged in.
