I was having trouble getting my member file from Ning, I thought they were being difficult with me since they have been difficult in other areas.
They have a link at the bottom of my member management page. I click it and get this: Click OK to start the export. We'll send you an email with instructions for downloading the data as soon as it's ready. However, when I do this process, I never get the email. I even changed my email address to my Gmail address and I still get nothing.
But, I did send a ticket and this is what they sent me: Thanks for writing us about this issue you're experiencing. Sometimes the member data export file may get stuck and not complete the process if your network has a large number of members. As a workaround, you can sign in to your network and go to this link directly, in order to be prompted to save the member data export file to your computer:
http://yournetwork.ning.com/main/membership/downloadMemberData
