In the "Blog Preview" Element, I wish there was a way to feature the featured blog title at the top of the list, but still show all the other blog titles

Right now, when you pick "feature" under the settings it only shows the featured blog entries in the list and none of the other ones

 

In the "Blog Entries" Element, I wish there was a way to feature the featured article or articles and then have them ordered by newest after that.Or to only have the featured article showing.
