I just started a site for a communit project and donated $400 dollars to it. But I just realized that I do not know how to take it out for when the project comes to play? Can I do that or is it stuck just to the site payments?

    If you used the donation element to add the funds in, then yes those funds are for site payments and upgrades etc.
    Once put in they can't be taken out is what I remember the policy as being. You could always put in a support ticket and double check though.
