Domain Email?

Under "Settings-->Manage Settings-->Advanced Options" How do I set up the custom mail server settings? I don't have my own domain. It is [something].spruz.com.  How do I set this up?

    you need to find out smtp address for the mail server you want to use.. google is "smtp.google.com" you can find others on the net.
