Verse 35 tells us they can be in great power.  Manifestation Magic Review     They can centralize their power. They can form alliances with others that are just like them. This is all in vain. Their power is short-lived. Where are all the wicked people who have been in great power? They have passed on to their eternal home. Others who do not repent of their wickedness are heading for the same place. The most wicked one is the devil. He is the inspiration for all the wicked people who have ever stepped foot on this earth. Keep in mind, the greater the wickedness done, the greater the fall at the end.

Many of the wicked people that have lived in this world have died in terror. Some have gone mad. Some have committed suicide. Some have begged their followers not to follow their ways. One told his followers he was wrong. There is an afterlife. I heard of one wicked person who went down cursing God. He said if there was a God, may his grave be full of snakes. His grave became full of snakes. Needless to say, no one puts flowers on his grave for a memorial.

The Bible is full of wicked people and their sad end. It all started when our first parents disobeyed God. Their oldest son slew his brother out of a jealous spirit and was made a nomad. Then comes the flood upon the wicked for thinking "evil continually." The Egyptian Pharaoh finally was drawn in the Red Sea for fighting against God's people. Then we have people who were swallowed up by the earth for going against Moses. King Ahab got killed in battle for having one of his neighbors killed so he could use his inheritance for a vegetable garden. His wife was fed to the dogs for her wickedness. The end of the devil and his followers is "hell fire and brimstone."

It appears as though those who resist God are paying a far greater price than those who go God's way. Not only does Psalm 37 tell us the end of the wicked, it also tells us the end of the righteous. The righteous are meek people who inherit the earth, their inheritance shall be forever, they will be taken care of in hard times, and none of their steps will be slippery. Verses 39 and 40 tell us the LORD is "the salvation of the righteous," that "He is their strength in time of trouble," and that "He shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him." What do you think? It looks like God's plan for us is the better choice!
