If you go to the Spruz.com website, and login to your account there, you'll then see an "account" link. Click that, and it shows you your website, some related info, and a link that says "delete". Clicking that will cancel for you. If it's a free site this works, and if it's a pay site you'll see a message saying you can not delete, and need to make the request of cancelation by support ticket. Support tickets can be submitted here.
If at any time you need to switch a method of payment, do the same as described above in going to your account, and look for the "make a payment link". Make a payment with your "new" card of choice, and from that point forward, all payments will come out of the newest card provided.
