Clickable dates in discussions

I have manage a spruz site and I am a member of another spruz site and I have a question.  

On the site I am just a member of you can click on the date or minutes/hours that show when a comment was posted and it will take you right to the page with that comment.  If you notice in the snip below, Feb 10th is highlighted and you can click on it. If this topic has more than one page and you click on the link it will take you to the page where this post is located.

I don't have that feature on my spruz site. Notice that there is no clickable link. Any idea why and how can I get it??

    It looks like the element they are using is for a feature that was discontinued quite a while back. There was a Forum feature for quite some time, and it was later replaced by the Discussions feature. Both behave in a similar manner, but the Forums feature was done away with. Older sites that already had the Forum feature installed  got to keep the feature as not to interupt the site, but newer websiites created don't have the option of  adding the Forum feature because it's been discontinued.
