Can a member delete a topic or post thet created

My site is urbansoulz.com. A member was trying to delete a post she created and could not. Is there a setting that will enable that?

    It depends on "where" the post was made. What feature of the site was it?

    Say for instance if you are posting on someones page or posting in a group and you want to delete your own post can you?

    There isn't an option to do that in the comment boxes.
