CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HELP!!!

Are the people or person who runs SPRUZ still alive?? I neglected to change my CC on my account with SPRUZ. Made a payment right away since my admin capabilities were blocked. The payment was accepted and I expected my site to be updated within 15 minutes. Have been attempting to have someone contact me since July 24th but, no success. Now my entire site is down and I don't have access to it. Is there a different number or another method of contacting SPRUZ??

  • I hear you. I have been trying to get in contact with them on various issues for some time now. But I give up. I switched to Ning this week. Now I need them to cancel my account and I cant even call them. I sincerely doubt that Spruz is in any way a legit business. They cannot even bother to answer their own phones. I'm done.

  • Hi christbook!  I'm so sorry that you've been having difficulties.  It may be a good idea that you place a Support Request as well.  Good luck with everything!  I left Ning in January after almost 7 years and came here.  Although I'm still in a learning mode here, it has been a great experience thus far.

  • Hi Nomad!  Have you placed a Support Request?  If not, I suggest you do so immediately.  In my experience with Spruz, they have been absolutely wonderful with their Support Request responses.  Good luck!
