For some odd reasons passwords have a tendency to disappear for somebody's account on their website. Personally this has happened to me several times. How it usually happens is when an admin changes somebodys password the admins password no longer works and neither does the other persons' account. I have to relocate my website so I can have a new password after it was leaked. Please anybody before I have to relocate tell me how to fix this (Password requests do not work for me)
You need to send in a Support Request Reki. Look over to the left. See where it says, Downloads at the bottom? Right above that you will see, "Support Request." Please click on that and type in all the necessary info you need and then submit it. The owners are really good about getting back with you.
