Adding multiple subscriptions options

Hello,

Im going to give subscribers three options, 1 month, 3 month, and 12 month subscriptions and different prices. I have the option of adding multiple billing options. And have set up three options at 3 different prices under "billing options". But as i scroll down there is also separate "plan price" and "billing period". So im confused as to what im supposed to put in those areas. I've tried  to add a screenshot but it didnt work. Can someone please help??

  • You would put those options in the Billing Period. I haven't seen the subscription module in a while, but I'm sure that's how you would do it.

  • I've been trying to do the same thing myself. I entered my various subscription charges and left the plan price empty. I think it may be something to do with the promotional package.

  • It's been awhile since I've personally messed with the member subscription module, but as I recall, you can only set up one subscription. Meaning, you can only set up the subscription to either bill once, or bill annually, and you have the option of setting up the schedule of billing. There isn't an opportunity for "3 different prices" etc.. Just one price, and you select how they pay. Once, or on a schedule of your choosing.

For clarification, a support ticket with further explanation could be put in.

  • I have a question about the paid access. I just moved my TruckerDate.com site here from Ning and I have members that have already paid for memebership while at Ning. I am making all my members free for now, but I want to grandfather all current members in for free for life when I go back to being a pay site again. I was able to do that with Ning, am I able to do that here?

  • Spruz is free, but also offers paid features. Free sites have limitations in other words, while those willing to pay gain additional features. To get a plan, simply log into your site, click on manage site, and then on the management bar, click change plan.
